Правила:
Соревнования проводятся по действующим правилам FIG. Гимнастки 2013-2009 годов рождения оцениваются по юниорским правилам.
Регистрация:
Заявки на участие отправляются на почту siriustapahtumat@gmail.com до 15.1.2021.
В заявке необходимо указать следующую информацию:

ФИ гимнастки и год рождения
Стартовый взнос:
10 евро/гимнастка.
Стартовые взносы будут рассчитаны по окончанию регистрации до начала соревнований.
Расписание:
В 12.00 (UTC+2) по финскому времени участвующим клубам будут отправлены по электронной почте номера участников для каждой гимнастки. С учетом соревновательных категорий упражнения должны быть засняты так, чтобы в начале видео у гимнастки в руках была виден лист, на котором написано имя гимнастки и номер выступления. В зависимости от пожеланий гимнастка может выполнять упражнение неограниченное количество раз, но только 1 видео должно быть отправлено на соревнования. Видео выступления необходимо будет загрузить до 15.00 (UTC+2) по финскому времени в специально созданную папку на Google Drive. Название видео НомерВыступления_клуб_фамилия_имя_вид. Более точные инструкции будут размещены ближе к соревнованиям.
Результаты соревнований будут размещены в субботу 13.2.2021 в 12.00 (UTC+2) по финскому времени на странице клуба организатора www.voimisteluseurasirius.fi. Более подробная информация будет доступна ближе к соревнованиям.
Судьи:
Клубу необходимо предоставить судей на соревнования:
1-6 гимнасток 1 судья
7-12 гимнасток 2 судьи
13 гимнасток и более 3 судьи
Регистрация судей также производится по электронной почте с указанием имени судьи, эл.почты и уровня владения языками.
Штраф за отсутствие судьи – 150 евро.
Судьи получат соревновательные видео для оценивания до 7.2.2021 и каждому судье будет присвоен свой судейский номер. Оценки необходимо будет отправить до четверга 11.2.2021. Более подробная информация будет отправлена лично судьям, принимающим участие в судействе.
Видео выступления будут выложены на ютуб-канал “Voimisteluseura Sirius”, где судьи смогут их оценить, а другие участники смогут посмотреть видео выступления.
Награждение:
В каждой категории будут награждены по 3 участника на соревнованиях 2022 года. Все участники также получат дипломы об участии по электронной почте.

Rules:
Competition follows FIG rules. 2013 - 2009 births follow the same rules as juniors.
Registration:
Registrations via e-mail siriustapahtumat@gmail.com. Last day for registration 15/01/2021.
The following information is needed for registration:

first name, last name and date of birth of each participating gymnast.
Entry fee:
10 €/gymnast.
Participating fees will be billed from sports clubs after the registration ends but before the competitions.
Schedule:
At 12:00 (UTC+2) the participating sports clubs will get the competition numbers for each gymnast via email. The videos of the performance can be recorded in a free order in such a way that at the beginning of the video the gymnast holds a paper which contains the name of the gymnast and the competition number. Within the given schedule the performance can be recorded multiple times, but only one final recording per equipment must be sent. Videos of the performances must be delivered by 15:00 (UTC+2) to a defined Google Drive folder. The naming convention of the recordings must follow this schema: competition number_sports club_last name_ first name_equipment. Detailed instruction on how to upload recordings will be provided to participating sports clubs before the competition.
Results of the competition will be published on Saturday 13/02/2021, 12:00 (UTC+2) on the website of the organizing sports club www.voimisteluseurasirius.fi. Exact link will be delivered before the competition.
Judges:
Participating sport clubs must declare judges according to:
1-6 gymnasts 1 judge
7-12 gymnasts 2 judges
13 or more gymnasts 3 judges
Judges are announced while registering a sports club and the announcement must contain: The name of the judge, e-mail address and language proficiency.
Penalty for each missing judge 150 €/ sports club.
Each judge will have a drawn judge number. Judges will receive the links to the competition recordings to be evaluated no later than Sunday 07/02/2021. Evaluations must be returned by 11/02/2021. Detailed instructions will be delivered directly to the announced judges. Performances will be available via “Voimisteluseura Sirius” Youtube channel.
Rewards:
The first three from each competition series will be rewarded with free of charge participation in the year 2022 Lumme Cup. All participants will also get a diploma of participation in electronic format.
